Why, I should choose your product over your competitors?

It seems strange, however, many business owners still fail to provide a comprehensive answer to this question.

They can not explain why customers can favorite or exclude yourself from possible suppliers rose, a plethora of competitors that threaten every day and steal market share, competitors who are just waiting for your order.

Many entrepreneurs and I say this from experience, They argue that customers choose them for the quality of products, and that is what many say.

Being selected for the quality, as claimed by Al Ries is an axiom, customers fail to clearly define the concept of quality if you did not provide relevant information for their references and not merely generic. The term quality, It is a highly used and abused term, It can not be determined as a discriminant to be preferred by the consumer.
